Description
Crispy air-fried wings coated in a sweet chili garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for crispiness)
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- Toss wings with cornstarch (if using) and black pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Mix sweet chili sauce, garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl.
- Toss cooked wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray wings lightly with oil before air frying.
- Adjust sauce sweetness or spice to your preference.
- Serve with lime wedges or chopped cilantro for freshness.
