Description

Juicy meatballs coated in a sweet and savory teriyaki glaze, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, and ginger in a saucepan.
  7. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. Stir cornstarch and water, then add to the sauce.
  9. Cook until thickened.
  10. Toss meatballs in the sauce.
  11. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
