Description
A creamy and flavorful soup made with cheddar cauliflower and roasted garlic, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, roasted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 15 minutes.
- Roast garlic in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
- Blend cauliflower, roasted garlic, vegetable broth, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm.
