Description

A flavorful twist on classic chicken linguine with a rich cowboy butter sauce, cooked quickly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss chicken with 1 tbsp melted butter, paprika, cayenne, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes until fully done.
  4. Boil linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Mix remaining butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with the cowboy butter sauce.
  7. Serve pasta topped with chicken and sprinkled with Parmesan.

Notes

  • Adjust cayenne for more or less heat.
  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
