Description
A creamy Alfredo lasagna soup made in an air fryer, perfect for Thanksgiving. This dish combines the rich flavors of Alfredo sauce with the comfort of lasagna, all in a quick and easy soup form.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add olive oil to the air fryer basket, then add the turkey and cook for 5 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, Alfredo sauce, and heavy cream. Stir well.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once noodles are tender, stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef or sausage for turkey.
- Use gluten-free lasagna noodles if needed.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
