Description
A delicious and easy Thanksgiving dish made in the air fryer. Creamy chicken and stuffing come together for a comforting meal perfect for the holiday.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, peas and carrots, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is heated through.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover turkey instead of chicken for a Thanksgiving twist.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Top with extra stuffing mix for added crunch.
