Description
A delicious and easy-to-make lasagna with creamy spinach and mushrooms, cooked in an air fryer for a quick Thanksgiving side dish.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of an air fryer-safe dish.
- Layer noodles, cheese mixture, and sauce, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
