Description

A quick and easy Thanksgiving casserole made with chicken and stuffing, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, peas and carrots, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions using the chicken broth.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture in an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  5. Top evenly with the prepared stuffing.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden and crispy.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use leftover turkey instead of chicken for a post-Thanksgiving twist.
  • For extra flavor, add dried herbs like thyme or sage to the stuffing mix.
  • Ensure the baking dish fits in your air fryer before starting.
