Description

A comforting and creamy chicken noodle casserole made in the air fryer for a quick Thanksgiving side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, noodles, soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Place dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use leftover turkey instead of chicken for a Thanksgiving twist.
