Description
A comforting and creamy chicken noodle casserole made in the air fryer for a quick Thanksgiving side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, noodles, soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Place dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover turkey instead of chicken for a Thanksgiving twist.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crunch, toast breadcrumbs separately before topping.
