Ingredients
- 2 English muffins, split
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the English muffin halves on a flat surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Crack an egg onto each muffin half.
- Top with sausage crumbles, bell peppers, and onions.
- Sprinkle black pepper and garlic powder over the toppings.
- Place the muffin halves in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the eggs are set and cheese is melted.
- Remove and serve immediately.
