Description
Enjoy tender steak bites cooked in an air fryer with garlic butter, served over creamy parmesan pasta shells for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss steak bites with melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place steak in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a pan, heat olive oil, add heavy cream and parmesan, stir until smooth.
- Mix pasta with creamy sauce, top with steak bites and parsley.
