Description
A quick and easy soup made with ground beef, noodles, and vegetables, perfect for a cozy Thanksgiving meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in the air fryer basket for 5 minutes.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and add noodles, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cook for 10 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use turkey instead of beef.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
