Description
A hearty and flavorful beef and bean chili made easily in an air fryer, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon halfway through.
- Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
- Cook for another 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chili thickens.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For a spicier chili, add a diced jalapeño.
- Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
