Description

A hearty and flavorful beef and bean chili made easily in an air fryer, perfect for Thanksgiving.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon halfway through.
  4. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chili thickens.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For a spicier chili, add a diced jalapeño.
  • Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
