Description
A spicy and cheesy chicken casserole made with jalapeño poppers and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Air fry for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeños for more or less heat.
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
