Description
A creamy crab dip inspired by Joe’s Crab Shack, perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings. Made in an air fryer for quick and easy preparation.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
