A simple and quick pea salad made in an air fryer, perfect for Thanksgiving or any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place frozen peas in the air fryer basket and cook for 3 minutes to thaw slightly.
  3. Transfer peas to a mixing bowl and let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Add red onion, celery, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Gently fold in cheddar cheese, chopped eggs, and crumbled bacon.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
