Description

A spicy and cheesy dip perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings, made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, bacon, and green onions.
  3. Add heavy cream, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer.
  5. Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of jalapeños for more or less heat.
