Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway.
