Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway.
- While the steak cooks, roast the corn in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Blend sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice to make the sauce.
- Slice the cooked steak and assemble the bowl with avocado, corn, and steak.
- Drizzle with cilantro cream sauce before serving.
