Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, mushrooms, garlic, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
