Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Air fry the shrimp for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice with lime juice and cilantro.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, shrimp, and sliced avocado.
- Drizzle with extra lime juice if desired.
