A quick and easy weeknight meal featuring crispy air fryer wings and roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add mixed vegetables to the basket and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Serve hot.
