Description
Crispy kale chips flavored with winter citrus for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 4 cups kale, stems removed and torn into pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Toss kale with olive oil and salt.
- Spread kale evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with lemon and orange zest.
- Bake for another 5 minutes until crisp.
- Let cool before serving.
