Easy and delicious bread rolls made with just three ingredients and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, self-rising flour, and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into balls.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
- If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Serve warm for the best texture.
