Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- Toss slices with olive oil and salt.
- Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove when golden and crispy.
