Description
Crispy and delicious potato wedges made in just 4 minutes using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 4 minutes, shaking halfway.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional minute.
- Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
