Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add wedges in a single layer to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
