Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
- Place cod in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until flaky.
- Serve with lemon slices.
