Description
Crispy and healthy air fryer artichoke chips.
Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the artichoke hearts dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine artichokes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Toss to coat the artichokes evenly.
- Place artichokes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove when golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Try adding Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
