Description
Crispy prosciutto wrapped around fresh arugula, cooked in an air fryer for a quick and tasty snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay prosciutto slices flat and place a small bunch of arugula on each.
- Roll the prosciutto tightly around the arugula.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
