Ingredients

  • 500g baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the baby potatoes.
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly.
  3. In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  5. Place sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove when golden and crispy.
  8. Let cool before serving.
