Description
A creamy and flavorful pasta salad loaded with crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and fresh vegetables, all made easy with the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Air fry bacon at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until crispy. Chop into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix ranch dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cheese to the bowl. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced avocado or crumbled blue cheese.
- Let the salad chill for 30 minutes before serving for best taste.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
