Description

Crispy chicken thighs with spicy bang bang sauce, cooked in an air fryer for easy preparation.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken thighs with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. While chicken cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  6. Brush bang bang sauce on cooked chicken. Serve immediately.
