Crispy and flavorful BBQ jackfruit chips made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) young green jackfruit in water, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the jackfruit dry and remove any seeds or tough parts.
- Toss the jackfruit with olive oil, BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the jackfruit in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
