Description

Crispy air-fried potato wedges topped with tender homemade BBQ pulled pork, melted cheese, and fresh garnishes.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 lb pork shoulder, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Air fry wedges for 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Mix shredded pork with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  5. Top wedges with pulled pork and cheese.
  6. Air fry for 3 more minutes to melt cheese.
  7. Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
