Description
Crispy air-fried potato wedges topped with tender homemade BBQ pulled pork, melted cheese, and fresh garnishes.
Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 lb pork shoulder, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Air fry wedges for 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix shredded pork with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Top wedges with pulled pork and cheese.
- Air fry for 3 more minutes to melt cheese.
- Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
Notes
- For crispier wedges, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Use store-bought pulled pork to save time.
- Adjust BBQ sauce quantity to taste.
