Ingredients
- 2 New York Strip steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.
- Rub the olive oil on both sides of the steaks.
- Season the steaks with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
