Description
A crispy snack made from beet greens using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups beet greens
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and dry beet greens thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix beet greens with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place beet greens in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when crispy and let cool before serving.
