Description
Crispy beet wedges made in an air fryer. A healthy and easy side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium beets, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss beet wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Check for crispness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve warm.

- Cut beets evenly for consistent cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
