Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over each slice of bread.
- In a bowl, mix berries with honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Top the ricotta-covered bread with the berry mixture.
- Place the slices in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the berries are warm.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

- Use whole grain or gluten-free bread if preferred.
