Description
Crispy breaded cod bite nuggets made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cod fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Dip cod pieces in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place breaded cod bites in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh or thawed cod fillets.
- Adjust cooking time if nuggets are larger or smaller.
- Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
