A quick and easy breakfast pizza made in the air fryer with crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the crust.
- Add crumbled bacon on top.
- Crack eggs over the pizza, spacing them apart.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until eggs are set and cheese melts.
- Top with sliced avocado before serving.
