A quick and easy breakfast pizza made with scrambled eggs, cheese, and your favorite toppings, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 tbsp diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cooked bacon or sausage (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a pan over medium heat until just set.
  4. Place the pizza crust in the air fryer basket.
  5. Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle both cheeses and optional toppings.
  7. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crispy.
  8. Remove, slice, and serve immediately.
