Description
A quick and easy breakfast pizza made with scrambled eggs, cheese, and your favorite toppings, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy crust.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 tbsp diced bell peppers (optional)
- 1 tbsp cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Scramble the eggs in a pan over medium heat until just set.
- Place the pizza crust in the air fryer basket.
- Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle both cheeses and optional toppings.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crispy.
- Remove, slice, and serve immediately.
