Description
Delicious fudgy brownies made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a bowl.
- Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Air fry at 320°F for 15-18 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
