Description
A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made with butter croissants and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 butter croissants
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 slices of ham or bacon
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Cook the eggs in a pan with butter, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of cheese and ham or bacon on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Add the cooked eggs on top.
- Cover with the top half of the croissant.
- Place the sandwiches in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and the croissant is crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
- For a vegetarian option, skip the ham or bacon.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
