Description

A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made with butter croissants and cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 butter croissants
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 slices of ham or bacon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Cook the eggs in a pan with butter, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Place a slice of cheese and ham or bacon on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Add the cooked eggs on top.
  6. Cover with the top half of the croissant.
  7. Place the sandwiches in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and the croissant is crispy.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
  • For a vegetarian option, skip the ham or bacon.
