Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Place the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
