Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup ground beef, cooked
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add water and olive oil, knead into a dough.
- Roll the dough into a circle.
- Spread marinara sauce on one half of the dough.
- Top with cooked beef, pepperoni, and cheese.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place calzone in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
