Description
A crispy pizza made with cassava root flour and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cassava root flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Mix cassava root flour, water, olive oil, and salt to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into a thin circle.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add bell peppers and mushrooms.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy.

- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes before rolling.
- Adjust toppings based on preference.
