Description
Crispy and spicy buffalo-flavored cauliflower chips made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Toss cooked florets with buffalo sauce.
- Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to crisp.
- Serve immediately.
