Description
Crispy egg rolls filled with cheeseburger ingredients, cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- Brown ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles, and cheese. Let cool slightly.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
- Lightly spray egg rolls with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra ketchup or mustard.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust filling seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
