Description
Crispy and cheesy potato wedges made in an air fryer with bacon.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the potatoes cook, fry the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- After 15 minutes, sprinkle cheese and bacon over the wedges.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
