Description

Crispy air-fried samosa bites filled with cheesy spinach. A quick, healthier alternative to traditional fried samosas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 samosa pastry sheets
  • 2 tbsp water (for sealing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F)
  2. Sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted. Cool slightly
  3. Mix spinach with cheeses and spices
  4. Cut pastry sheets into rectangles
  5. Place filling on one end, fold into triangles
  6. Seal edges with water
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden
  8. Flip halfway through cooking

Notes

  • Use thawed frozen spinach if fresh unavailable
  • Brush samosas with oil for extra crispness
