Description
Crispy air-fried samosa bites filled with cheesy spinach. A quick, healthier alternative to traditional fried samosas.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 12 samosa pastry sheets
- 2 tbsp water (for sealing)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F)
- Sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted. Cool slightly
- Mix spinach with cheeses and spices
- Cut pastry sheets into rectangles
- Place filling on one end, fold into triangles
- Seal edges with water
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden
- Flip halfway through cooking
Notes
- Use thawed frozen spinach if fresh unavailable
- Brush samosas with oil for extra crispness
- Serve immediately for best texture
